First Light Festival is a free annual arts festival on the seafront at Lowestoft — one of the largest of its kind in the UK. Adam Barnes has been the official photographer across multiple years, documenting headline performances, late-night stages, and the quieter moments between sets. Andy Sheppard, Eliza Carthy, Tom McRae, DJ Paulette, a bagpiper at dawn and sculptures by Laurence Edwards on the beach at last light.
