Contact enquiries

When you use the contact form, your name, email address, message and optional phone number are sent directly to the inbox. This information is used only to respond to your enquiry.

Analytics

If you accept cookies, Google Analytics 4 is used to understand how the site is being used — pages visited, session duration, and where visitors come from. No personally identifiable information is collected through analytics.

This site uses two types of storage:

Theme preference

Your light or dark mode preference is stored locally in your browser using localStorage. It is never sent anywhere and is not a tracking cookie. This storage is essential to the site functioning as you expect it to.

Analytics cookies

Google Analytics sets measurement cookies only if you choose to accept them via the banner. You can decline at any time — the site works fully without them. Google processes this data in accordance with their own privacy terms.

How long data is kept

Contact enquiries are kept for as long as the business relationship is active, then deleted.

Analytics data is retained for 14 months under Google's default configuration.

Third parties

Contact enquiries are not shared with anyone outside of Platform Ticket LTD. Google processes analytics data according to their data processing terms. No personal data is sold, rented or transferred to any other organisation.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct or request deletion of any personal data held about you. To make a request, email hello@adambarnes.biz.
